     In the spirit of academic excellence, Panorama Middle and High Schools are managed using a superintendent/principal model of educational leadership and professionalism.
     A concept proven to be successful in Iowa, this model focuses on the daily management of the students needs, while continuing to focus on the emerging potential of the school and local community.
     While Panorama Community Schools have two principals, Dean Schnoes, HS principal, and MS principal, Mark Johnston, to administer Panorama's day-to-day academic success and student life, Panorama's Superintendent, Kathy Elliott is involved in the overall operation and development of the school.  Under this model, a local school board composed of local community members serves as Panorama Community School's governing board.

 

     Our challenging curriculum and dedicated teachers prepare our students for their future whether it is through enrollment in colleges and universities, practice in a technical trade, or self-employment in their own businesses. Panorama's courses are advantageous to the students and promote professionalism in the community.
